The philosophy behind all Osiris Marine Services Ltd., operations is to provide proven cost effective techniques across the whole range of our industry requirements on a worldwide basis. The Company places strong emphasis on the professional qualifications, experience, training, skills and flexibility of its personnel.

The Quality Manual is on controlled, numbered circulation to every key manager and is available at every key location. It is regularly reviewed and revised in order that it depicts the Company's current Quality Objectives and the means of their implementation and achievement. It is therefore a 'Working' Document and not a library reference. It is available to client for review/assessment at all times.

OSIRIS MARINE SERVICES IS A SPECIALIST DIVING, CONFINED SPACES AND UNDERWATER ENGINEERING COMPANY OFFERING OPERATIONS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT, HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYS AND ROV OPERATIONS.

OSIRIS MARINE SERVICES IS BASED IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND AND SUPPORTS AN EXTENSIVE CLIENT LIST.

OSIRIS PRIDES ITSELF ON THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED AND FULLY INTENDS TO BECOME ONE OF THE MAJOR PROVIDERS IN THE FIELD.

THE COMPANY REALISES THAT THIS CAN ONLY BE ACHIEVED BY ENSURING THAT ALL SERVICES PROVIDED FOR CLIENTS ARE SAFE, COST EFFECTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.

AS A RESULT OSIRIS IS COMMITTED TO A PROCESS OF CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT.

IN ORDER TO MEET THESE OBJECTIVES AND TO PUBLICLY STATE THIS COMMITMENT, OSIRIS HAS IMPLEMENTED A QUALITY SYSTEM MEETING ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF ISO 9001: 2000

THIS POLICY IS UNDERSTOOD BY ALL INVOLVED IN OSIRIS PROJECTS, EACH INDIVIDUAL UNDERSTANDING HIS/HER ROLE IN THE PROVISION OF A QUALITY SERVICE. THE POLICY IS IMPLEMENTED BY THE USE OF PROCESS FOCUSED PROCEDURES WHICH ARE MONITORED ON A REGULAR BASIS BY INTERNAL MANAGEMENT AND ASSOCIATES AND WHICH ARE REVIEWED ANNUALLY BY AN ACCREDITED ASSESSMENT AUTHORITY.

OSIRIS INTENDS THE USE OF THE QUALITY SYSTEM AS THE FORUM FOR THE COMPANY’S DEVELOPMENT WELL INTO THE FUTURE.
